Thank you for a wonderful 2025 Sailing Season! Enrollment for 2026 Season will open January 2026.
MEMBERSHIP LEVELS
Memberships are family in nature and include all children under the age of 23 (by May 1st of that year).
The family by definition does not include the members' parents or siblings.
Registration is currently closed for the 2025 Season. Open enrollment for the 2026 season will begin January 2026.
Social Membership
$200 a year
A social member is able to participate in the Following:
Attend Wawasee Yacht Club (WYC) Social Events
Serve on WYC committees
Crew in club races.
Becoming a social member is a good
way to begin sailing as a crew member and also experience the fun social aspects of the club.
Note** Social membership is required for crew members who race more than 3 weekends a summer and are not otherwise club members.
Active Membership
$550 a year
An Active member is able to participate in the following:
Attend Wawasee Yacht Club (WYC) Social Events
Serve on WYC Committees
Crew in Club Races
Attend other activities of the club
Use of the clubhouse and its facilities
Right to maintain a Club Class Sailboat at the pier or on the grounds (as space permits);
Skipper club class sail boats and be scored in regularly scheduled club races
Rent one of the club’s apartments (if available)
Use the winter storage area.
Junior Active Membership
$275 a year
A Junior Active member must be under the age of 30 by May 1st of current calendar year. They have the same rights and privileges of an Active Member:
Attend Wawasee Yacht Club (WYC) Social Events
Serve on WYC Committees
Crew in Club Races
Attend other activities of the club
Use of the clubhouse and its facilities
Right to maintain a Club Class Sailboat at the pier or on the grounds (as space permits);
Skipper club class sail boats and be scored in regularly scheduled club races
